About Smakkecenter

Øhavets Smakkecenter is an independent institution whose main aim and objective is to communicate and promote the natural and cultural history of the South Fyn Archipelago.

Øhavets Smakkecenter was founded in 1993 an is run by a committee widely compound of representatives from the South Fyn region and also of people with interest in the Archipelago’s natural and cultural history.

The committee has employed a number of employees to take care of the daily management.
