End an interesting and exhausting day with barbecued lamb, a large salad and red wine ad libitum. Have dinner under the open skies with sea views and sunset whilst enjoying the Danish summer at it’s best.

From springtime until autumn there are plenty of inlet prawns. To cook them just boil for 3 minutes in sea salted water to be served with cold white wine, lemon, dill and mayonnaise on a slice of freshly baked bread.

A day out
We happily to arrange an active day out for the company combining good food and cosy fellowship with challenges and good experiences. Try for instance sea kayaking for a few hours and end the day with grilled steaks, red wine and sunset.

Or try a Smack Dinghy Race against your colleagues and let the losing team open the red wine for dinner.
