Would you like to go sailing on your own?

If you have never tried sailing before, then get the basic instructions at the Smakkecenter and afterwards you are ready to become your own captain sailing out with family and friends. Each Smack Dinghy holds 5 persons.

Smacks can be rented for several days including equipment (tent, cooking gear, etc.) for camping on the many little islands where staying over is possible.

Do remember though, that some islands are protected during the bird’s nesting season, so that they can get their hatchlings flying peacefully.

You can also try one of our new sea kayaks which are surprisingly easy to master. If you are a beginner, get training from our skilled kayak instructors.

If you prefer a guided tour then go out with our nature guide in a dinghy to experience the history of the Archipelago’s nature and culture.
