Try the Robinson Crusoe challenge where each of the employee teams will be provided with a boat, compass, sea maps, camp equipment and food. Each team then has to sail to an appointed campsite (in a dinghy with sail and oars), stay the night and return the next day – alive!
The trip is of course organised so that safety is in place.
